Few words from Gargi Pathak about her motivation & journey of Internship

“In a competitive world like today’s, one needs to have an edge over the fellow candidates. This is possible only when an individual is dedicated and hard working. I have always been a determined as well as disciplined person. When I applied for the Internship opportunity at BasicBuzz, I was anxious about my selection, but I stayed confident. I soon received the offer letter and accepting the same has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. The former statement seems to be quite ‘over the top’, however, I would like to provide my views on it. From the day I became a part of Basic Buzz, I never felt aloof or nervous because I could talk about anything and everything to my team. Communication has never been a constraint. Moreover, the flexibility provided here is unbeatable. I faced a huge challenge of reporting offline at the campus just after a few days of joining. After being at home for more than two years due to lockdown and suddenly being transferred to a new place altogether felt like being in a parallel universe. Honestly, this was a testing phase wherein I was made to realize my value at the company. I have been given the freedom to work as per my comfort. I never felt the stress of working in a corporate environment. The organizational structure is easy and flow of information is easy. Hence, I am fortunate to be a BasicBuzz-er. I feel proud today and so does my family. Confidence, time management, stress management, task-oriented skills and team management are the virtues that I developed here.
